Tim Snyder, co-founder of Snyder Wilson Consulting, is a software architect and optimization specialist with over two decades of experience building high-performance systems. His career includes more than ten years at tech industry leaders like Google and Databricks, where he tackled world-class engineering and data challenges.

With a deep foundation in mathematics, Tim excels at translating complex problems into elegant, efficient solutions. This skill was notably demonstrated when he developed a highly accurate predictive model for COVID-19. Today, he applies that same rigorous, data-driven approach to help clients achieve breakthrough results in engineering design optimization.

 
 

Davis Wilson is a seasoned HVAC expert with over 20 years of industry experience. With a career that spans roles from specifying engineer to system designer, Davis's roles include all aspects of HVAC design from concept through manufacturing. He has led clean-sheet designs and contributed to innovations in system architecture, equipment packaging, electrical integration, and controls optimization. His work has shaped industry standards, including co-authoring the ASHRAE 127 testing standard, publishing data center design principles and a master's thesis on engineering optimization.

Whether developing advanced HVAC solutions or collaborating with stakeholders to improve system performance, Davis delivers results grounded in technical excellence and real-world performance.

 
 

Kunal Mitra, operations specialist for Snyder Wilson Consulting, has 20 year in the healthcare industry, where he practiced medicine and and a history of streamlining operations across different medical clinics and hospitals. Dedicated to continuous process improvement, he seeks to bring those principles and approaches to the work Snyder Wilson Consulting does for our clients.
